PROGRAMME ADVISOR (DELEGATE SALES) Responsibilities: As a Programme Advisor the successful candidate will: Advise on and sell specialized capital markets courses by telephone to professionals in financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific market. Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team Close sales and work towards team targets Build relationships with existing clients and pursue new prospects. Develop a good working knowledge of the products being sold. Fully understand and observe the LFS brand guidelines and ethos. Be part of a small team reporting to the Regional Manager. Requirements: Applicants should have the following: Minimum degree level education Articulate and excellent communication and writing skills Confidence to communicate effectively with senior management within financial institutions Immaculate telephone etiquette and proficient in English and Chinese A methodical approach to work and the ability to grasp new information, methods and procedures quickly Ability to work within tight deadlines and be goal orientated Interest and good understanding of financial markets Ambitious and committed to achieving success in a sales career Prior experience in selling to financial institutions will be an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in using a CRM will be an advantage Singapore P.R. or citizen Benefits and Salary OTE S$ 70,000pa (uncapped) The successful candidate will have a chance to fly to London for further training in the company’s head office.
