Anyone know a lawyer in Georgia that will handle cases dealing with landlord and lease compliance on thier end? My old landlord has pissed me off to the furthest extent. Called me and mine sorry asses, talking about me like im a dog. Saying I need to find a second job so I can support my family. saying its our fault she lost her house. Ok to fill everyone in in our lease the landlord is to maintain the structural integrity of the house. And in the presence of mold mildew or other health hazards it was up to the leaser to pay or not. We paid all but three months and that was right before we left. Other than that she was paid. Roof started leaking back in june of last year causing black mold to grow. Well in Oct the master bedroom ceiling fell thru because she failed to have someone fix it. I have it in texts and in Facebook status where I was posting about it. Then photos of the damages aswell.
