Anyone know of any apartments for rent in Charlotte Michigan 3 bedroom with a decent Landlord? I pay my rent and bills!. Just moved into a place the beginning of Sept. Well this POS landlord refuses to do any fixing of the place. When we moved in it was disgusting, we did allot of cleaning ourselves, well now that my Dr is saying cannot do any more, I request JOE FIX (landlord) to finish repairs and painting and such, he returns a form to me stating that he is unable to complete my request and ordered us to move by the end of this month. NOW I know I dont have to go and could more then easily win this in court. But if he is gonna be a PRICK to this degree, I figure it maybe better to find a real landlord instead of a slum lord. And I have also been told that 800 a month with me paying all utilities and yard work is too much. He also charged me a 50 dollar late fee for Sept when in fact it was the post office mistake, they had put mine and anouther persons rent into a different post box instead of his. He admitted that to a third party. BUT NEVER called me to say he would refund the late fee. He is an all around ASSHOLE and wont would warn anyone who thinks about renting from him
