Anyone looking to get new carpets I advise you not to go to coatdyke flooring. Had him out to fit hall and bedroom carpets. Didnt fit a bar leading into the bathroom and didnt cut the one leading into the living room correctly and left it sticking up. I have a 2yr old who could easily have caught her foot in that. Didnt notice the bar till he left so gave him a call to fix it. Baring in mind we paid him £350. He said it wasnt him to cut it it was apprentice. He should be checking his work before he leaves a job. My partner said he wasnt happy and wanted it fixed as we paid alot of money. He turns round and said its nothing to do with the money. Can you get any more cheekier than that?? Professional I dont think so. Said he would come Monday as he didnt appear on Friday still waiting to get a bar leading into the bathroom. Carpet is starting to go like a worm now. Stay away from this guy. Just greedy for money thats all he is. Also left my house an absolute tip.
