Anyone that has been coming to my shop the past 12 yrs knows how hard I work at my shop and for my customers (which is why it is so hard to get an appt with me). With that being said, my family will always come first.I will take vacations, time off with my kids when school is out, and time needed when my babies are extremely sick and need MOM. I will do everything I can to get your baby an appt and keep all of the appts pre-booked. If I can not get you in as quickly as you like or I have to cancel an appt months down the road, please work with me or take your baby some where else. Do NOT cuss, yell, speak nasty, or just hang up after rudely making a comment. That, I promise you, will get you no where!!!! For the small hand full of people that have done this, you are not welcome back. I also apologize for having to even put this on my page, but I will not tolerate me or my employees being treated poorly.
