Anyone that has ever had to experience a loved one with moments of dementia will get this. My Dad was having those moments from time to time. My greatest fear was that one day I would walk through door and he would forget who I was. Thankfully that day never happened. I had decided for his birthday I would give him a memory book. A book of memories that would he would love. With that book I wanted to include some pictures of that memory, from the bizillion, no joke, pictures he had taken of us growing up. I didnt get to finish this gift. Its been a tough week, and I am sure, a weekend even harder, but tonight I realized those memories were a gift for both us. So thanks for the gift Dad. Happy 1st Fathers Day in Heaven. I hope they have Centerba up there for you! Salute!
