Anyone who knows me knows I am not deeply entrenched in the world of the NFL. That said I have been loosely following the bullying story down in Miami. I have heard a large number of people take the position that a 300 pound man that gets paid millions to play football cant be bullied. Or that its just part of the culture in the NFL and football in general. Here is my take...these are grown men who play professional football....the key word being professional. Where is the professionalism? I get it, its fun to joke around and tease your buddies, but it sounds like this is a regular thing across the NFL and it is taken way overboard. For many kids, these people are role models...which is a rather sad statement in and of itself...but I ant fathem defending this behavior. Just my opinion. Love it or hate it, there it is!
