Anyone who knows me knows I had not been in a swimming pool for over 40 years. Terrified of water over shoulder level and my feet never left the bottom. 4 years ago I started doing water exercises because of my arm injury. Two years ago I did a couple swim lessons but quit because the instructor was not a good fit for me. I learned to be on a noodle in the deeper water. Got comfortable with that. Then 3 or 4 weeks ago I decided to take swim lessons again. I have had 3 lessons so far. Tonight was my fourth one. I SWAM LAPS WITH NO DEVICES. of course I was not very good at it but I did swim on my own. So happy I can actually swim. Thank you nicole for being such a wonderful instructor......
