Anyway how was my English yesterday? Improving? I am aware that - TopicsExpress

Anyway how was my English yesterday? Improving? I am aware that most of you do not know that In my life did not have the opportunity to go to secondary school, You know what? For too long I hid myself like a mbuni, head in the sand ( sorry, I have forgotten its name in english And I am in a hurry, cant stop the flow to open a Dictionary!) pretending I was one of the elite group which I wasnt. Little did i know that in a country with a population of close to fifty milion people you cant cheat all the people or the times, you can only succeed to do that for sometimes before they pull your head out of the sand. What a shame?! One day, I made my decission and came out clean, since that day I have been so free like a molecule with no sense of inferiority. Let me take this unprecedented moment in my life to apologize for my insufficiencies, I know I did lie to some people that I was a graduate while I was not. It haunts me so much on the inside, I am therefore asking for your forgiveness as your brother. Having poured that out, now here is the Thing; ARE WE READY?AS INDIGENOUS CITIZENS OF TANZANIA ARE WE REEEEEEEADY? Yes, I spoke in my last post here that, it is high time We the indigenous of this great nation be given the chances to shine, rather that just witnessing a small segment of our population dominating the economy as we stand on the side lines watching. It is not okay! Not healthy. Friends, Close your eyes and imagine the next president hears our cry and in his first meeting with his cabinet he whispers from now on the priority should be given to the indigineous... My question is are we ready? I am not talking about capital or financial capabilities, I am speaking about intergrity, honesty, faithfulness and patriotism. Are we ready? Do we have these components? Let me take an example of the tarmac road from Africa sana to mabatini police post in Dar es salaam, if that road lasted long before its decay, is hardly six months! What a shame, you know what? This contract was given to a local contractor. Go back to history and Look at the buildings and bridges consructed by local after-huge-profit-greedy contactors that collapse due to poor construction standards and kill innocent people. For sure This demeans and ruins our trust as the indigenous who are crying for the opportuniy to shine and finally control our economy. LETS NOW TAKE TIME LOOK AT OURSELVES DEEPLY AND ASK A QUESTION ARE WE READY? IF NOT THEN LETS PREPARE THE SOIL WHERE THE SEED WILL BE SOWN, REMEMBER A SEED SOWN ON A ROCK WILL NEVER GROW INTO A TREE.
