Apart from the fact that this post was launched by AFSME, a public employees union that strives incessantly to blur the dark line that distinguishes public and private employee unions, this is a good post. Costco is an example of a responsible employer that pays living wages. Walmart is an example of an employer that exploits the system and relies on the welfare system and SNAP benefit for the poor to subsidize their personnel costs. Thus, I patronize Costco. I no not patronize Walmart or its ilk.
