Apart from the noble idea of conserving electricity, voluntarily retreating into darkness for an hour has its own moments. Its beautiful how an hour of deep darkness, softened just by candlelight, can give u a hilarious time of coffee & adda with your family! Wish there was a little less of apathy and a lot more of enthusiasm regarding Earth Hour.. For all of you out there, who didnt get the pleasure of witnessing the beauty of dark, try it out next time! I assure you, as idealistic as Earth Hour may sound, the darkness that it brings with it, is anything but boring. There is a rustic charm about it that is surely going to work its spell on you. :)
