Apartment hunting sucks! There should be more high-end real estate professionals like myself assisting in these adventures. Property mgmt companies dont return calls, even after the $80 application fees. None of them dont know anything about the units they are renting. I called and said Anything west of Hawthorne Blvd. I was met with crickets as a response. Should I draw a map??? Seriously. Im pretty smart. I turn in all my paperwork in a neat little stack, with the appropriate documentation, give them my budget and neighborhood criteria. Im my own dream client...ugh!
