In term of safety, we are conducting accident investigation, first aid & fire fighting training, emergency response plan, safety policy, environment & quality control, workers compensation & rehabilitation, etc. In term of management, we should know about management styles, leadership skills, OSH management system, effective negotiation, and dealing with conflict, etc. Yang last ni bukan basic knowledge tapi penting woo. Soft Skills. Kalau yang ini, orang tak boleh nak tolong. Sendiri-sendiri pergi menuntut. Kalau malas, rugilah kita time masuk industries nanti. Nak bercakap pun berterabur apetah lagi nak suruh handle projects and negotiate dengan top-management. Sonang cito, ekau masuk ajo lah. Tak pon ekau google ajo. Cito banyak pon buek abis boreh jo. Bukan ekau paham pun... Haha # Dapat juga bagi taklimat free time makan tadi. Yang penting dah kerja nanti hati kena bersih. (Bukan time kerja je, time study pun hati kena bersih.
