Apollos Rhetoric Cultivating a Passive Mentality Personally, I havent watched series Roots... As King , theres really no point ...I have no fear of any man...but as I interact with ppl...Im finding that they compensate for a deep fear instilled by movies like Roots, hence its purpose ..a tool,if you will. I never understood it...and finally I pulled up Roots on Youtube One scene they have to beat a black man just to chg his name ..and in the very next seen ALL BLACKS are passive..illogical (Lol).and NO ONE sees the problem(?)... Do you really think my ancestors didnt take over plantations (?) Cities...towns...Countries ...do you know who we are(?) Allow me to shed Light ,so as to clear up confusion: The Deacons (killed kkk) Nat Turner Gaspar Yanga Toussaint Louverture Isaac Burgan Frederick Douglass Charles Deslondes Madison Washington (Django) Sengbhe Pieh Wesley Harris Celia of Missouri ( a woman tired of being rapped by the prupoterd master..bashed his head in) Point: If your child knows of the fake, passive, scared, weak Roots...but not of any of these REAL life ppl...then you have kept them blind ...just because you have fear of those who oppressed my ancestors doesnt mean you should instill it in your child..... It has to stop somewhere....your fear is programmed and their for fabricated....it ends NOW! This has nothing to do with physical attributes ...everything to do with heart meaning ....if you put me on a treadmill next to anyone...Id die b4 I lose!!!
