Apologies for the lack of information over the last few weeks. I have been working with our legal team on putting together an appeal against the court judgement. It became fairly obvious after a while that the only way to get the job done properly was to fly out to Thailand and work with our lawyers in person to ensure that everything was in order and all the information was available for the panel of judges. It was hard work, there was lots of travelling back and forth between Bangkok and Pattaya and time was needed to get to grips with understanding the Thai legal process however with our team of lawyers and the help of an interpreter/translator we completed all the documents and I handed them over in person to the court, signed, sealed and delivered. We got confirmation yesterday that the court have accepted the appeal and so it will go ahead. We don’t have time scales yet but will keep you all informed about developments when we have more news. Many thanks to you all for your support over the last few months whilst we have been working to make sure that the appeal was put together properly and written in the way we wanted it.
