Apology !! Today I spent 15 minutes taking a call from a lady in Lowestoft . If concerns this weeks special the god burger. She pointed out that as a practicing Christian she was highly offended that I had chosen a week during lent to offer such a large and extravagant meal during a time when some people cut back a little to mark lent . As I pointed out to her at great length the timing of the special was an oversight on my part due to the turmoil surrounding the refit of the new jesters in Lowestoft . I apologised for offending her and I extend this apology to anyone else who may deem the special a little insensitive to offer during lent . In future I shall try to consider all angles when I promote and construct our weekly specials . With this in mind our plans for Ramadan burger have been put on ice for a while ;)
