Apology for not checking I had not checked the marijuana use regs for Alamosa county as I am only interested in hemp production and did not realize the counties had rules different form the state. After seeing the high level of interest in recreational use, and seeing Kerrys remark I think it was, I looked at the rules. OUCH!!! No raising for sale of recreational M only medical use allowed with a $1000 permit fee. Here is the link to their FAQ page for those wanting the details. I would like to know how many are still interested in living on the land that BL is selling. Is it worth continuing to plan for that option?
