Apostle Designate-Raymond Hamilton Just to encourage your hearts this morning 1 Corinthians 3:10 (NIV) “According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation.” You may have wondered about people who, from all appearance, have built their lives around one person or one purpose, only to be hurt or disappointed when that person was gone or circumstances changed. Working in the funeral industry I have seen it from both sides. Husbands who did it all and now their demise have left the wives helpless, and there are Husbands who depended solely on their wives and now that the hands of time have changed their life the husband must now struggle to get along. Loving relationships and achievements enrich our lives, but do not let them become your sole reason for existence. It is in God- enfolded in divine grace – that you will find true happiness and peace. People change, circumstances change, we change, but God never changes. By the grace of God, you have all that you could ever desire – and more. And God’s love is such that we will never be denied true joy. So today give thanks that God’s grace is the foundation of your life and you can look forward to lasting peace. If you are dealing with being alone or even if you’re in a relation take this time to get to know Him and fall in love with you first. I promise if you do this, quiet times alone won’t seem as difficult. When people walk out or life throws you a curve ball you can be reminded “To everything there is season and a time.” Be blessed and make sure your anchor holds and grips that solid rock which is Christ Jesus.
