Apostolic Prophetic Times of Refreshing --------------------------------------------------------- Brokenness Will Position You To Come Into The Nature Of Christ Genesis 1:27 “So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them”. In the beginning of time Adam was created in the image & likeness of God (Christ). We may ask ourselves how can Adam have the image & the likeness of Christ, when Christ came at a later stage well Christ as the image & the likeness of God & Christ existed before eternity began but still through all that Adam still sinned & lost the nature of Christ with that dominion the ability to rule & reign on the Earth was lost as it came to a point of nought but through the blood of Christ that divine nature as been restored back to the sons of God. Brokenness will cause us to be “weaned” in the spiritual because in the natural when you are “weaned” you stop suckling on the breast for nourishment but you moved to solid food & the would hebrew describe the word “weaned” as the word “Gamaal” & “Gamaal” means to blossom something or to cause something to ripen, so God through our brokenness will cause us to stop suckling onto the breast for nourishment as this is only for immature sons that are still babes in Christ & a immature son is equivalent to a slave. God will “Gamaal” us through brokenness being trails, tribulations & whatever situations in our lives whereby people will treat you badly, people will reject you, people will humiliate you but all this is going to blossom & ripen you into the image of Christ. God chooses the weak things & the foolish things of the world to put a shame the wise, well when we are broken we feel weak & foolish but through our brokenness we will untap the full dimension of having the nature of Christ remember the world despises broken people but God takes pleasure in that because He can use us & the world is calling you names but God calls you a son of God because you have the very image & likeness of him :) Have a Christ filled day :) Ricco J Govender
