Apparently I have caused a testing civil war in the State of Connecticut, per a phone call I received from a mother this morning. The freaking FBI is investigating their State office of education regarding the same B.S. lies and claims that our own office of education is making regarding Core tests. Read this article and tell me that this is NOT what is EXACTLY happening here in Utah. I already knew as a doctor that the test itself was garbage....what I did not know was that it is illegal. Like I said, heads should roll for USOE not disclosing to each and every one of us that SAGE/Common Core testing is a EXPERIMENT THAT REQUIRES INFORMED WRITTEN CONSENT FROM EVERY PARENT OF EVERY CHILD TAKING THE TEST. Its pretty simple. USOE knows this. They got their hands caught in the cookie jar. A few bold State School Board members know this too....and started asking a lot of questions. Per the Tribune article today, those members now know what has happened to each and every one of us who DARE to question the omnipotence of the Utah State Office of Education: They get belittled and intimidated on the public stage. If Superintendent Brenda Hales publishes even ONE more article under the auspices of her official duties about SAGE testing without clearly informing parents that the SAGE testing is a experimental, non validated test, I will seek out and find who those bold Board members are, invite them over to my house for dinner, and convince them to get on a plane with me to the State of CT, and pay a visit to the FBI field office who is investigating the CT Office of Education for perpetuating multiple lies to tax paying, vulnerable parents.
