Apparently Im a sucker for strays. One the way home I saw eyes on the side of the road glowing so I stopped to look and it was a little kitten. Stopped and almost had her when she decided to run off into the ditch. Then the kitten figured out it couldnt swim, and as I fell INTO the ditch with her I aimed for the splashing sound and kept her from drowning. I HATE HATE HATE people that think that it is ok to dump animals. This little baby cant be more than 10 weeks old, skin and bones, ear mites badly and has adopted my 70 boxer as her momma. And I figured out Im too old to fall in ditches.
