Apparently, Mike Sludgesicle has passed on... I have a bunch of tapes and CDRs from Sludgesicle Records over the years. The 12-Way Noise Split tape was my first exposure to Sludgesicle, as well as a few of the fine acts that appear on the comp (including Morality Declined). Much of this was what inspired Hell Garbage to form a few years ago (in addition to Frank Goshit, Dan-Charge, the Earwigs, and the Gerogerigegege). Im honored to have met the guy and record in a project with him and his then-roommate: Floor-A-Duh. Also, he and said roommates other band, Fun With Dead Things: I released what I consider to be their crowning achievement, which is TRUE SHITCORE. R.I.P. Mike. (If the rumors are true, that is) (I couldnt find any of his actual projects (save for SYFIYBASI) on YouTube, so this will have to do.)
