Apparently that PUMP AND DUMP Exchange CSE got pissed and the presdient blocked me because of this email..... hear is what I am muling over. Challenging the legality of the termination of the option agreement at the end of the contract. and to hear that consultants options are routinely cancelled when after the consultant performs a service is apalling... my honest to goodness initial reaction. I cannot stress enough that many consultants who take payment with options... their service is done when the consulting has been provided. The options are part of a compensation package for my or any ones consulting services. For instance. I provide strategic direction, creating an investment case/story, and simply getting the word out among many other services. If you think I provided all this strategic IP including advertising on my site for a measly $2,500 per month for 3 months (which I made more in a glass shop 15 years ago). You have to be out of your mind. If I had any foresight that my options would be cancelled or even only partially vested after 3 months. (I assumed the options granted vested over the length of the contract signed which in my opinion is much more appropriate.) I would have never taken the job. Never. A consultant provides a unique service over and above what an employee provides. It is no wonder the investment community has lost all the retail. With rules like this?
