Apparently, the Vista Mombacho is again renting to families with small children. I love children. I have four of my own and eight (soon to be nine) grandchildren. I love watching children at play, playing with them, reading stories on occasion and engaging in activities that are fun, educational and adventurous for them. But, I am too damn old now, I admit, to be surrounded by children...especially crying, screaming, sick, and unruly children. I suppose that I was right some months ago, when I was looking for retirement communities in California. On top of that, I just rode a pretty strong earthquake.
