Apparently there is a show on Lifetime called Little Women:LA, the show centers on a group of ladies who are well, little. I saw a lengthy commercial for it. So, there was a show that premiered last year centered around women in wheelchairs, and now this. The formula appears to be finding a group of women who tell the audience several times about how kick ass they are and what kind of fiesty they are and blah blah blah. You know what I dont need? A show that leads with people behaving badly in any situation because of (choose one or more: they fought too hard to come this far/nobody tells me what I can or cant do/blah blah blah) Seriously, im so done with these shows. the whole platform for this group! How about a group of people without massive flaws or tragedy that defined them? How about just...people and their lives? I dont need to give someone permission to behave badly for my entertainment. Not anymore at least. Gah
