Apparently there is this thing whereby all the mosques in Britain are asking their members to wear poppies for Remembrance day and banging on about the number of Muslims who lost their lives in the 2 World Wars. Well, admittedly if you were part of the Ugandan Rifles or a soldier in pre-partition India then that was going to happen. However at every oppoertunity it seems the Islaamic world has always acted against Britain. EG Whose side was the Ottoman Empire on in WW1 ?? Who, apart from the grand mufti of Jerusalem ran the only European Muslim Unit in WW2 called the Bosnian Waffen SS ?? Was it Iran or Iraq where Rashid Ali had to be overthrown for his Nazi views? What happened the moment Nasser took over Egypt from the corrupt King Faruk.? So come on guys, lets not denigrate those who died into some sort of publicity camapaign for those whose last contact with the British forces anywhere was to sever their head. Phew. Glad I got that off my chest.
