If there is effective initiative and all retired Nurse have voluntary zeal to teach developing country nursing student by 10 years we could change the face of earth. May we start the process? I am confident your kind direction shall contribute to create a new history in the health sector in Bangladesh also for the globe. The central fact of this reality is we are first Women, secondly Nurse. We are follower of the Great Florence Nightingale. Let’s have an oath to establish Nursing and Medical Varsity own contribution. We shall teach our future leader, professor, researcher to honor the women, nurses, mother and sister. Our varsity will create Health Service Provider not personal profit oriented doctor. I do believe we are more than capable to establish the Varsity through our monthly contribution. My Dear Colleague This is unfortunate for the nation also for us most of the people in power not aware about the importance of nursing. And S/he who aware they cautiously ignore it being biased to their personal profit and so called status. They are afraid of nursing professional and always in competitive mindset. They never take us as the team member for needed health service. In fact presently most of them are not committed in health service, just count their own profit. Under this circumstances need a drastic initiative to set an example, teach the people in upper class nursing is indispensable need for proper health service and that need higher education. My Dear Colleague Our varsity shall open a new era in the history of health service in Bangladesh also it will act as pioneer for many other countries/nation. My appeal to you all to take part in the history making mission aimed at aspired health service for our nation largely humanity.
