Apple Cocoa Popems > For information on the 21 fix or to learn about other programs, please email me or visit beachbodycoach/MARISSALUNA79. 2 servings Each serving: 1 yellow, 1/8 purple 2 yellows uncooked instant oatmeal (fill yellow up once since its uncooked) 2 Tbsp apple sauce 2 tsp brown flour 1 tsp cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 egg white Dash of apple spice and cinnamon Outside coating: 2 tsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 ginger paste mixed together 1. Mix all the above ingredients (minus outsude coating) and chill in refrigerator for approx 30 minutes to stiffen 2. Wet hands and form small pop ems (6) 3. Roll each one in outside coating mixture 4. Place on pan and bake 450 for about 20 mins 5. Serve while warm on inside and crunchy outside Fyi they may not look like much but I felt like I was eating cookies because of the crunchy outside but a cake inside.
