Apple Gorgonzola salad, lumpiang shanghai, chicken mash potato, baby back ribs, corn doused with mayonnaise and smothered with Mexican cheese and sprinkled with cayenne pepper. Zucchini with parmesan and tomato. looked like a piece of pizza without the guilt of calorie intake.Washed with champagne and orange juice. And for dessert, a slice of mango cake and brazo de mercedes. I am so full...I have to stay awake because I feel like I am going to have a nightmare. Thanks Rowena Nastor and Jovic!
