Apple iCloud storage: 10GB $20/year Dropbox: 100 GB $100/year .. - TopicsExpress

Apple iCloud storage: 10GB $20/year Dropbox: 100 GB $100/year .. no other smaller packages Sure Dropboxs GB price is 50% cheaper, but I paid Apple the $20 with near zero feeling of guilt when I ran out of cloud storage. Now Im one step away from upgrading my Dropbox account (as someone suddenly decided to share tons of files with me), but my hands feel heavy trying to reach out to my credit card to pay the $100 for 100GB that I wont fully consume. (all I have now on Dropbox is 3GB of files). Im sure that Dropboxs pricing decision wasnt something that happened randomly, but Im also sure that this is a cause of lots of money left on the table. Maybe Dropbox would have avoided that by providing more smaller packages that can help them get more conversions. Just help your customers feel happy while paying you.
