Appleridge position available: Position Title: Housekeeper - Full time Position Summary: Clean resident apartments per provided checklist of duties, including bathrooms and kitchens. Clean common areas: including but not limited to hallways, entranceways, TV and card room – carpets, walls, doors, windows. Responsibilities and Duties: Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms and kitchens. Clean common areas including common bathrooms Demonstrate good customer service skills. Complete tasks in a timely manner. Lift and move heavy items (sometimes up stairs) Interact with guests in a professional /helpful manner. Operate vacuums and use different types of cleaning solutions. Work effectively as a part of a team. Change bed linens Remove trash and dirty linens from apartments. All other duties as assigned. Complete daily checklist Complete all tasks with employee and resident safety a priority Education, Knowledge and Skills: High School Diploma required Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds Prefer at least 2 years of experience Uniform: Will be assigned by supervisor If interested please email human resources at: jmix@appleridgeseniorliving
