Apply for Funding for Press Visits to Denmark International journalists can now apply for funding for visits to Denmark. As part of the Plan for Growth in Danish Tourism issued by the Danish Ministry of Business and Growth, the International Press Initiative (IPI) reaches out to international journalists interested in covering Denmark and tourism related themes. The initiative supports activities, where there is a concrete output and/or effect; e.g. an article, a TV or radio programme, a blog entry etc. This means that it is required of the applicant to specifically indicate in the application how the output and/or effect of the activity will be documented. Journalists can apply for means to cover transport to and from the destination; e.g. from Moscow to Copenhagen and back. Accommodation and per diem is covered by the applicant.
