Appointment Etiquette Arriving on time for your scheduled professional eyelash extensions insures you receive the proper love, care and attention ensuring you leave with gorgeous looking eyes so; Please arrive on time at your scheduled appointment mascara, eye-make up free. If you are unable to make a specific treatment due to illness or unfortunate circumstances we will try to accommodate you elsewhere. When possible please give us as much notice as possible Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Missed appointments will be charged the full treatment fee. Late Arrivals. Please understand and respect that if you are 15 minutes late, you will only be provided the allotted time left on your service.
