Appreciate my health. Saw the music video today that I pasted in below, reminded me that Im lucky to simply be able to breath easily. Appreciate waking up and walking out to sit in the sun and pet my brothers dog. Burno and I both love to sit in the sun and simply bask =) Appreciate all the healthy holiday food thats available at my local health food market. Appreciate continuing editing insights that I had for my book, so close to being done. Appreciate all the new people I met on Facebook today who think like I do.
