Approved by MLB: This happened in Mesa AZ!!! This petition was started because yesterday around 5 a little girl was brutally attacked and beaten by a group of boys 8-11 and a 7 year old girl because she is black, mixed race, and has black girl hair. The boys held her down and slammed her head into the concrete and the little girl punched her multiple times and tried to cut her throat with a shard of glass thankfully only leaving a scratch. The police have told the family due to the ages of the children and because the only witnesses were children they couldnt do anything about it. They said the only thing the family could do was sue the mother in small claims court. Im sure you will agree the lack of repercussions in this case is absolutely horrendous. I personally know this girl very well and absolutely adore her. She is a sweet, kind, and caring 8 year old girl. She is a fantastic big sister and just a sweet innocent child.. please please please help prevent this by happening to another child!!! Sign the petition and share this like crazy!
