April 1, 2009 I lost an angel in my life. Just 2 months before I would walk the stage at my high school graduation, my grandmother passed away on a Wednesday night in my home. I still remember like it was yesterday. Nana was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer given only 2 months to live. So she moved from Ohio down to NC on my road to be with family. Here in NC she found a church in town called Burgaw Holiness P.F.W.B church. There she rededicated her life to Christ and began to invite me. One service I went during a singing and that day I found salvation. The Lord healed my grandmother and gave her 8 more years. The day she passed it seemed to soon. Holding doors as mom pushed her in the wheel chair, waking up in the middle of the night to check on her, hearing her voice everytime in church when asked if anyone had a testimony. While she was sick she still went to church and sat in a recliner with her hands raised. My grandmother was a very special lady. She was the angel in mine and my familys life. I miss hearing her voice, I miss her hugs! I miss her smile. I miss her silliness. I miss everything about her. I love her so much! I cant wait to see her again! Love you Nana... Miss you so much. I know with everything going on in my life now you would always know what to say. At times I feel like I need you here... But I wouldnt dare wish for you to leave your heavenly home. See you some day Nana..miss you bunches 😞 love always sissy poo.💕
