April 1, 2014 Transforming Grace: Thanksgiving Psalm 136:1 O Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good and His love endures forever As we said goodbye to March and welcome April 2014, how fitting it is both to close and open with thanksgiving and praise. For the Lord has been good to us last March and will continue to be and do good to all this April, especially to those who are loved by Him and called according to His purpose. We have seen the Power of believing leading to receiving life to live, let us grow deeper in our faith and intimacy as we explore Johns Gospel this month to see Jesus full of grace and truth through faiths eyes by the Spirit. *Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but THESE ARE WRITTEN so that you may BELIEVE that JESUS is the Christ, the Son of God, and that BY BELIEVING you may HAVE LIFE in his name. (John 20:30, 31 ESV) BELIEVE TO RECEIVE LIFE ETERNAL * “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16 ESV) * Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. (John 5:24 ESV) ETERNAL LIFE IS TO KNOW THE FATHER AND THE SON * And this is eternal life, that they know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. (John 17:3 ESV) OVERFLOWING LIFE To know Him is all that is needed to have a full life over fllowing like rivers, wherever we go, the aroma of Christ spreads. * Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” (John 7:38 ESV) Bringing life, healing freshness and great harvests IN China, Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia , Africa, Australia, North and South America, Europe, Alaska and to the whole world! * And wherever the river goes, every living creature that swarms will live, and there will be very many fish. For this water goes there, that the waters of the sea may become fresh; so everything will live where the river goes. Fishermen will stand beside the sea. From Engedi to Eneglaim it will be a place for the spreading of nets. Its fish will be of very many kinds, like the fish of the Great Sea. (Ezekiel 47:9, 10 ESV) Prayer: Thank you Father for the good things you have done last March because of your great love and grace. We welcome this new month with greater expectation of Intimacy as we grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, excited to see your grace and life flow through us and bear much fruit for Your glory and Honor. In Jesus Name, The Name above all names, amen !
