April 18, 2014 You can have a team to come alongside you for encouragement and support, but You are the only person who can do the job. Likewise, you cannot change another person nor can you do their job for them! You can cheer for them, pray for them, and listen when then need your ear but at the end of the day, its up to them to change. Go look in the mirror and check out the fabulous person you see! Write down your favorite 5 things about yourself and thank God for those attributes! NO, its not being arrogant!! God loves you so much and wishes you could learn to love yourself also! It doesnt matter what you marital status, fitness lever, income level, or age is! Learn to love yourself and you will be able to make healthier choices, seek out new opportunities, and to encourage others by just being you!! Those things that you wish you could change, which are realistic? You cant make yourself taller or change your history, but you have the power to become physically fit and to determine your future. (Ask me about how to become physically fit...I challenge you!) it all starts with a good honest look in the mirror! Ive done it and wont lie and say it was easy or even pretty (spiritually speaking) but I can promise that if you undertake the challenge to allow God to show you yourself, you wont regret it!
