April 2, 2014 Day 87: Developing a Positive Attitude Good Afternoon All! I hope you had a great day so far filled with your smile, good deeds, and a positive attitude! I presented to you 5 items to practice for this week. Seriously though, if you are reading this then you obviously are interested in “Developing a Positive Attitude”. The remainder of this week I will focus on each one of steps for practice. Take the time out to focus on each one. Tonight sometime before going to bed take a moment and focus on the practice step I am presenting. Procrastination gets you know where and you receive no benefit from it! Do YOU want to become a positive person? Tonight take the time out and make a list of the negative things you do. If you can’t possibly think of any ;) stop and do a deep dive and be honest with yourself! Just write them down as quickly as they come to you with no focus on how long the list becomes. Remember, I stated that honesty to oneself is brutal. So be brutal to yourself. This is your own moment of realization! When you complete your list, prioritize the list from 1 being the easiest to change and 10 being the hardest to change.(If you have more than 10, STOP do not overwhelm yourself.) Tonight take the first one or two items from your list and begin the process of changing them to a positive outcome. Put that SMILE on and enjoy the realization process! “A positive day starts with a Smile; a negative day can be turned around with a smile! SO, what are you waiting for!!! Put that SMILE on and enjoy each day with your positive attitude - life is good!”
