April 8, 2014 Dear Gregg: My house is currently upside down due to the painting of the rooms, so I do not have access to a computer hence no spell check. I just wanted to write you a note in regards to the awesome service and attitude your service technician by the name of Chuck had when he came to service my a/c. On Saturday, April 5, 2014, Chuck asked me what was wrong, I told him and based on what I told him and his 25 years of experience he told me what the problem was most likely to be. His efficient troubleshooting had my A/C up and running in no time. He acknowledged my interest in the ART of troubleshooting A/C systems, so he taught me how to check a capacitor. One of the things that I find impressive is his confidence in what he does. This confidence is what allowed me to look over his shoulder to observe his troubleshooting techniques. Chuck also expressed how content he is working for Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Needless to say he is also a believer. I invited him to Rio Vista Church, and sure enough he showed up for the 9 am service and came looking for me. Hope this review tells you what sort of asset you have with Chuck. Yours Truly, F. R.
