John Kerry, amid a growing campaign to build a broad international coalition for a war against ISIS in Syria and Iraq, succeeded to unite Arab Kings and Emirs to enter in this war and allow US to use their airbases for this purpose. Naturally the huge amount of war costs will be paid by Arab wealth. The history repeats itself like invasion of Kuwait and the New World Order appears in a new form once again.
