April I move to a house that I thought it was perfect for the girls and I , boy was I wrong from about the 3rd week here I knew I made a mistake . Next door has four vicious dogs that weigh atleast 100lbs each since I lived here two people been attack. We can not used the side of the house or our half of the back yard. Also been rumors of other things happening there too. I spoke to my landlord when the second attack took place told him the I will not put my kids or my self in any danger that I was thinking of moving from day one of the conversation he told me he would let me out of my lease and be happy to give my deposit back to me but he ask if I give some time to see if he could fix the problem so I said okay . I just talk to him about two weeks ago and told him I was serious looking for another place and again he said he would let me out of my lease but now he throws in there he has to inspect my house before he gives me my deposit back to me. Now in my time of renting for landlord I know how they try to play games , I think it his way not wanting to give my deposit after he agree to do some months prior I evening stuck around like he ask so he could try to fix it. I been weighing out my options here, I could not pay him this month rent and make sure I move by September that would assure me that I gotten my deposit back or I can take my chances and move out and hope for the best see if hes a honest man. What should I do face book friends?
