April Teacher of the Month: Kristine Whittle Kristine’s Classes are only $8 All Through April! Wednesday 4:00-5:00 pm Restorative Saturday 12:15-1:30 Therapeutic Align Kristine is an 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga in the Denver area since 2003. Formerly a Certified Anusara Yoga instructor, she incorporates much of this methodology into her uniquely styled therapeutic and Restorative Yoga offerings. She is influenced heavily by her massage therapy training as well as the somatic practices she has explored over her many years as a dancer including kinesiology, release techniques, Body-Mind Centering, Alexander technique, Feldenkrais, and Pilates. Kristine’s teaching style has been described as generous, well-informed, gentle, encouraging, and compassionate. She aims to strike a balance between precise instruction and space for her students to breathe into and deeply enjoy their practice.
