Aquarius Full Moon - Simple But Not Easy? The Moon is a reflection of the Sun’s light. At this Aquarian Full Moon the Leo Sun sees it’s self in the mirror and is a time for self examination. We all have Aquarian/Leo energies in our charts some where. This opportunity comes once a year for evaluating our humanities and independence and those things we attempt to rule. Monday’s Full Moon energy might be best spent in a heart meditation with the light and shadow sides of our “Leoness.” Listen to what you might hear. Is there the joyfulness and playfulness of the little child sharing freely or the selfishness and attachment to rule the things of others? Leo is the first step in moving away from self –awareness (or getting over yourself!) and learning to integrate with society; having the awareness of others (humanity) in mind. Where does this resonate in your life or even globally? Leo (the King/Queen) is gifted with simplicity; if Leo’s heart accepts the gift. D. Rudhyar questions whether the leader of the kingdom casts more shadow or light during the leader’s reign, “For what is simplicity, if not the overcoming of duality and of drama? To be simple is to be one essence only. It is to be that which forever is what it is, and that only.” Besides this Full Moon’s energy there is much more flowing with from the heavenly realms to help us grow and evolve our Soul’s journey this week. Remember that the “essence” that we all share is “simply” Love - from Source/God/Goddess…what ever works for you. Just be mindful this week to stay in your heart and keep it simple. Avoid all the unnecessary drama, for this Moon is just a precursor to the Star of David formation (that has been receiving much attention) which happens in one week on 7/29/13. More on that later.
