Aquino to Congress: Pass Bangsamoro Basic Law President Benigno Aquino III asked the 16th Congress on Monday to pass the Bangsamoro Basic Law before the end of 2014, as he vowed to pursue the peace process between the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
