Archaeofest 2013 - Sept. 21-22 Join us for the 31st Archaeofest on Saturday, September 21st 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, September 22nd 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event offers something for everyone, which includes a variety of programs and demonstrations that spotlight Native American culture both past and present as well as focus on modern Archaeology. There will be featured performers for music, traditional dance and storytelling as well as birds of prey from Reelfoot. See reptile programs, flintknapping, artifact identification, basket making, pottery, hayrides and archaeological tours. Food and vendors will be available. Native American film festival and other ongoing activities across the weekend. The event is free and open to the public.
