Archie has had a tiring but exciting day. 6 hours of filming with a few retakes due to external noises helicopters and drilling, cutlery and bells ringing. But we got there in the end. Hope we did the team proud. The intergenerational lifestory session on holidays was really brilliant. Everyone took part and the children were really enthusiastic, caring and respectful of other peoples memories. It was lovely to be part of. We ended the session with a cream tea and ice cream and sprinkles. The film crew were great and I look forward to seeing the film at the awards. Afterwards Archie drove to wells to fletcher house to do the first of the dementia awareness talks. He is now tired but satisfied having worked very hard. Well worth it. Xx
