Architects: When you build a 3-story Condo Building with individual Water Heaters, you have to put Drain Pans under them & plumb drain lines down to the garage, Air Gap to a main drain, and outside. Including the T&P Valves. Because when one on the top floor starts leaking without a drain, you make a mess in every unit below. Just had to drain & relamp the 1st Floor bathroom and hallway lights, change a few damp circuit breakers, and track down a Shiner that grounds when wet... Labor Day, indeed.
