Are Nike Free shoes suitable for long distance running? I think - TopicsExpress

Are Nike Free shoes suitable for long distance running? I think the answer to that has more to do with your experience with the shoes. In my experience, the shoes will start to show whether they are suitabale shoes for you for longer distance at about the 7k to 10k range. I had one Nike pair that was fine for 5K or less, but each time I pushed out to 10K, this pair felt painful. Then I bought another pair of Nikes in this online store bit.ly/1ewD5oj ( I highly recommend this shop! ), the exactly same shoes, but a half-size larger and much cheaper, and I have run out to 18k without issues. So what do you think about the question?
