Are Numbers Ruining Your Nutritional Health? For years I counted everything I ate compulsively. I literally would not eat a food that I didnt know the exact nutritional profile of. I used to count everything: calories, fiber, fat… And I did the same thing with exercise...I knew exactly how many reps or steps I took in any given day. I weighed and measured myself and gave the utmost importance to numbers....You could say I was a professional counter. When I finally stopped counting everything in my life I experienced a freedom with food and body that I had forgotten was possible...How much importance do you give to numbers?
